Hello Odido Team,

(I’ve tried several ways to get this resolved but no use, so I’ve decided to post it here)

I received today a threat to block my SIM card for €467.63 in disputed charges. I’ve sent a formal registered complaint letter that should arrive today/tomorrow explaining the situation:

  • Multiple contracts cancelled WITHOUT my authorization
  • Charged €400+ in wrongful early termination fees
  • Been trying to resolve this for 3 months via phone calls - no solution. Every single new support person does not understand the case and the ones that did try to resolve it by issuing credits, but those were later rejected by "manager" without clear explanation
  • Cannot pay legitimate monthly fees because they're bundled with wrongful charges

I urgently request: 1. HOLD on SIM blocking while my formal complaint is processed 2. Note on account: "Formal complaint pending via registered mail" 3. Do NOT disconnect service during dispute My registered letter requests 14 days for full resolution.

Numbers: 0687303582

Please respond urgently

Regards,

Tien Thai

You better pay the invoices first, so the blocking will be removed. Once your question is formally handled, and a credit invoice will be created, the amount can be transfered back to you. Difficult cases might take more than two weeks to process, so with paying you will be directly connected again.

Hi Tien, first off: welcome to our community. I'm sorry to hear that your issue hasn't been resolved yet. Let's change that. Please add your date of birth and the last 4 digits of your IBAN to your profile. I'm happy to look into it for you! If you've already send a formal complaint, chances are that I can't help you further via the community, but my colleagues from Complaints will help you further. But I'm always happy to see if I can help too!
