Hello,

Recently I had to turn off my e-sim and turn it back on for troubleshooting. Afterwards, I had an issue where my phone number was no longer being activated for iMessage and FaceTime. I have been in contact with Apple Support for about a few days now and we did all the troubleshooting on their end, however the issue remains. They asked me to contact my provider however when I contacted customer service they did not know what to do. I believe the issue is happening because my phone number is not provisioned for iMessage and FaceTime on Odido’s end. What can I do to fix this issue?

Hello @Nehir, welcome to our community! This is a very good question and at first instation I would say it is on Apple's side. But we can certainly try some things! I immediately looked at your subscription and I don't see any details, everything is set up correctly.

Could you check for me if the software of your device is up to date? You can also reset the network settings of your phone. With an iPhone, then you do it this way: ‘Settings’ > ‘General’ > ‘Transfer or reset [device]’ > ‘Reset’ > ‘Restore network settings’.

I'd love to hear if this works!
