Cannot link Amazon Prime to my existing account

Hi! My subscription with Odido just started today and I have an Amazon Prime bundle, but I am only getting this when trying to link it:

 

 

I get the same problem from my laptop as well.

Hi! Not sure if you did something, or simply the fact that I cancelled my Prime subscription and it just expired today, but now it worked. Might be something to do with the fact that I had a subscription already.

Did you try setting it up via this page in Mijn Odido? Please add your full name, 06-number, date of birth, zip code, house number and the last 4 digits of your IBAN to your profile. I’m happy to look into your subscription and see if everything is correct and how we can activate it!
