Hi, 

This is very frustrating...

  • I have already moved away from NL for months and have reported this to your customer services.
  • I have ended both Thuis and Mobile subscriptions and accounts, with no new bills showing since January 2022 (see below screenshots).
  • When I moved, I returned the router hardware provided with Thuis via PostNL.

So why am I still getting charged 10,95euros per month?

Have you checked the transaction details in your mobile banking account? Maybe you'll find some more information there.

Thanks, I checked my banking transaction and it indicates that it is a recurring charge

Description: CHUBB Verzekering Standaard van uw T-Mobile toestel,

 

So I can’t quite figure out which service/product it is from T-Mobile…as both mobile and thuis accounts don’t show no billing since January. 

 

Any clues?

You have an insurance for your phone with CHUBB verzekeringen so you will have to cancel it via them
