This is very frustrating...
- I have already moved away from NL for months and have reported this to your customer services.
- I have ended both Thuis and Mobile subscriptions and accounts, with no new bills showing since January 2022 (see below screenshots).
- When I moved, I returned the router hardware provided with Thuis via PostNL.
So why am I still getting charged 10,95euros per month?
