Cancel Apple One subscription

I have tried three times to cancel my Apple One subscription that was offered when I bought my Iphone 16 Pro Max but it keeps being charged in my monthly invoice. I want the Apple One subscription to be completely canceled. Help me, please.

Hi ​@amischol, always put your private info in your profile and never share it publicly in a thread. That's not a good idea. I've put your info in your profile so it stays private and only we can see it.

I immediately checked your subscription and see that your Apple One bundle has been canceled since January 1, 2026. I suspect you have already done this yourself, because you had tried three times. You can always change this in your My Odido account, but the bundles can always be canceled on a monthly basis. These will then be canceled after a notice period of one month at the earliest.

Could you please add your full name, phone number, postal code + house number, date of birth, and the last 4 digits of the bank account number we have on file to your profile and let me know when you've done so? Then I can take a look right away!
