Store pick up

Question

Hi can someone help me? Can I just pick up my phone order instead? I originally ordered it for delivery, but it seems to be taking too long. So, I'd like to pick it up instead. How do I go about doing that?

Good morning Jane, it's nice to see that you placed an order with us! What ​@Waqqassays is indeed true. If you wish to change the delivery method, you can do so by cancelling your current order and requesting a new one.I do see that I have good news for you, as your phone is already with our courier. You can make an appointment for this via the link you received in an SMS from AMP.Just keep in mind that it is important that you take delivery of the phone yourself, as the courier needs to verify your identity.If you have any questions for now, or would still like to cancel your order for whatever reason, feel free to let me know!
