Sim card hasn't arrived but has been activated

Hello, I ordered a new sim card and contract last week on 11/06/2025.

The contract has started but the sim card still hasn't arrived. I cannot be put through to an advisor on Support chat and cannot get through on the phone.

How can I get either a new sim posted, the original sim chased up, and how can my billing be pushed back to reflect not having the service for these days?

Hello ​@fruitisbad I would be happy to give you more clarity on this! If you ordered a new SIM card, you can always expect it to arrive at your home by mail within 3 business days. Has it not been delivered?

I would like to check this for you! Can you enter your full name, phone number, zip code + house number, date of birth and the last 4 digits of your bank account number in your profile and let me know when you've done this? Then I can check with you right after!

What's good to know: you can also always stop by in 1 of our stores. By showing a valid ID, my colleagues can immediately help you pair and activate a new SIM card!
