Problem with an mobile order


Hello,

I need to escalate an issue that has been going on for a few months.

In summary, I ordered an iPhone with a subscription, and I got and iPad Pro that I did not order.

I had to pay an invoice related to the iPad that was supposed to be reimbursed, until today I only got back part of that invoice. Who can help me solve this, I have all the needed details.

Hello ​@Diorama No problem! I just filled out a refund form. The amount of € 48,35 will be refunded to your bank account number within 14 days at the latest. I also sent you a confirmation email about this! 

Apologies that the amount has not been paid to date. The amount was credited to your account and is normally paid out automatically within 6 weeks. In this case I have had it resolved faster, by filling out the refund form, so you will receive the amount back from us within 14 days. 

If you have not received your refund after 14 days, would you please leave a comment in this topic? Then we can make internal inquiries for you!

Hello ​@Diorama, nice that you chose an iPhone with us, good choice! How strange that you received an iPad, that is of course not the intention, apologies for this! 

I would like to work with you to solve this as soon as possible. Could you fill in your full name, phone number, zip code + house number, date of birth and the last 4 digits of your known bank account number in your profile and give me a signal when you have done this? Then I can check it with you!

Hi ​@Diorama thanks for filling out your profile information! I looked right away and I see that two orders were placed on 20-09-2024. 1 for the Apple iPhone 15 Pro 256GB in blue and the other for an Apple iPad Gen10 10.9inch 64GB in silver.

I see you returned the iPad to us as soon as possible, very good! Our returns department has received it and discontinued the subscription. I understand very well that you would like a refund for the bill. With the tablet subscription, I see that there is currently a credit processed of € 48.35. I can submit a request to our finance department to have this paid out. Is that the amount you should get back from us?
