Iphone 16 pro delivery

Hi! I made an order (231275126) yesterday for iPhone 16 pro 512 desert titanium. On the website as I attach screenshots you claim these delivery times - next time home delivery or 1-2 days in the store. When I was making the order it was said to me it will be faster in the store, that’s why I went for that option. I am still waiting for the notification of when I can pick it up, in the email confirmation it said Belangrijk: Wij nemen binnen 1 werkdag contact met je op voor het maken van een afspraak.


I expect Odido to honour the information they provide in the website, therefore how soon today can I expect the notification for the pick up within 1-2 days(or apparently should be faster)?

If you have ordered yesterday before 20:00 the phone should be in the shop tomorrow (1 a 2 workingdays). As soon as it has arrived in the shop, the store people will send an sms. That is what's on the website.

Stock for these expensive phones is not in the stores anymore. Phone shops have been the scene of theft under threat of staff too often!

    You should receive an sms from the shop to pickup your order in a few working days.

    If the phone is out of stock than it can take longer.

    Well then it is not truthful information they provide on the website.
