Can't purchase sim card because of number

Hey so basically I can't order sim card becouse I need to fill in my current number wich doesn't start with 06 since I'm not from Netherlands and also I can't type + in front of it, does anyone know what I'm supposted to do? How do I oder it. Thank you

You can enter the 06 number of a friend if they agree, in most cases you'll not be called.
