wifipunt cable connection upload not working

My WiFipunt on first floor connected via LAN cable with the router in the meter last. I have 1GB up/down connection. I am connecting my laptop with the wifipunt also with a CAT8 cable, the down speed is 800mbps but the upload is always 5-10 mbps. I connected my laptop to the router directly the speed is both 800 mbps. Even with WiFi on first floor the upload/down is more than 600 but cable upload is bad. I think the WiFi punt has some technical limitations with the cable data.. I tried reset/ changing the LAN port etc. I want to connect with cable because there are glitches with WiFi connection on VPN.. 

please help.

Can you also try another device wired on the WiFi punt and see if results are the same?

Does the cable from your router go straight to the WiFi punt or is there something like a switch between them?

    Hi Waqqas,

    well the cable is connected directly to the WiFipunt, I tried connecting another laptop also and both laptops have same upload results with the WiFipunt but work all good when I connected to the router directly.
