WAN light is Red and No Internet Connection

I have not used T-Mobile internet service for a month completely and it stopped working. Looking at the other members of community response, I am bit apprehensive about quick solution to my internet problem. but i have no choice except raising at this platform.

   I have done all the recommended solution by T-Mobile and in community but it doesn’t work for me.  I still get same red light for WAN. I have no clue what to do next but If there is any quick help/solution. it would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi @nitinsahu, I see that a mechanic visited you yesterday but that he couldn't fix the problem for you. Our technical department is working on it and they will find a solution as soon as possible! Do you have a T-Mobile of Tele2 mobile phone? If so, I can provide you with an Unlimited data voucher, so you can stay online as you're used to!

Still no internet connection?

Do you use fiberglass of a DSL connection?

In case of fiberglass, did you reset te mediaconverter? Are all 6 lights at the mediaconverter on?
