I chnaged my account from 100M to 750M 1week ago, but I found out today that my internet speed still lower than 100M. Even sometimes slower than before, can you check what went wrong?

Do all your network equipment support 1 Gbps speeds? Also, please try to reboot the mediaconverter to see if it improves.



I guess you're testing the network speed via a network cable...?
