My internet is not working. The speed that should have been 100 Mb for the last two months is 4-5 Mb.

That's not how it is how it is supposed to be. I have some questions to try to track down the cause of the problems. As fot that:

  • Which type of internet did you subscribe (fiber, DSL)?
  • Which type of router do you have?
  • How did you measure your speed; WIFI of connected?
    • If by WIFI try connected as well.
    • If by WIFl did you perform these steps?
  • Did you restart the router and in case of fiber the media convertor as well?
  • Did you do a factory reset on the router? 

The last two might be needed after network maintenance.

First of all thank you for your answers and help. The problem still persists and I have an appointment for it, I hope the tech support team will fix this problem.
