please cancel my contract ,I have moved to india,i have benn using odidio for three years now so no bonding contract

Hello Odido,

 

Recently I moved to India ,I am using odido since three years ,I want to cancel it ,I tried searching for email and I was unsuccessful,I can't do normal call from india sinc ei don't have roaming pack ,no other means of communication ,so please provide me a mail id where I can send contract details to cancel it asap

Before moving to India i once called odido already they haven't cancelled yet.

I would have liked to help you further with this, but we are not allowed to cancel subscriptions on the community forum. This really has to be done through our telephone customer service. Is there no other way to call abroad in India? They can be reached via Contact | Odido. My colleagues there will be happy to help you with the cancellation. Please let me know if you were able to reach customer service.

​@Arun From abroad you can call with Odido via +31 6 2400 1200.

Please take into account the opening hours from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Dutch time).

I tried calling both of those numbers from lyca and airtel(local operator) but I wasn't successful.

 

Could you provide me an email details where I can write to them to cancel.

You don’t have access to your “Mijn Odido”.

You should be able to just cancel through that. There should be a button to cancel the subscription.

(otherwise I’m not aware that this could be done by e-mail)

Indeed that's another way unfornately that also didn't work ,when I tried ,I couldn't able to reach webpage to cancel subscription
