I need help opening port (UDP 5222) on my Zytel VMG8825.

I’ve searched (and translated) but all the posts I’ve found don’t seem to apply.

How to Port Forward a ZyxEL Router

  1. Step 1: Login to the ZyxEL router via the default gateway address.
  2. Step 2: Click on “Network” and then “NAT.”
  3. Step 3: Once on the “NAT” page click “Application” or “Port Forwarding”, depending on your router.
  4. Step 4: Click on “Active”. Enter a Service Name, Port Number and Server IP Address. Then click “Apply.”
