Hi ​@Waqqas i know with postnl this will cost money but without a label for dhl will create problem later. So can you please help me for the exact returen address and sending details if i have to send via postnl and its okay to send like this via postnl .will there be any details needs to add.

Hi ​@Wrr, naturally you’ll want to make sure your parcel is returned to us safely. You should have received an email from us containing the address to which you can send it. If you go to a DHL service point, you can also tell them that it’s for Odido. They’ll forward it to us free of charge, as they know exactly where it needs to go.

I'm a customer, if the customer support told you to returnn it to this address than you can send it to this address, sending to an antwoordnummer is free.
