Help! I’m working from home and not done with my for today, and at 5pm my wifi stopped working! I’m worried because someone from t-mobile Thuis called me on Monday to say my address had been put in the system incorrectly. This whole time (when the WiFi has been great) my address was 16-3. It should be 16-4, and that was corrected on Monday. But today at 5pm my WiFi stopped completely! I tried restarting the modem, and it doesn’t work on any of my devices (computer, phone, tablet). Please help quickly! Thank you!
