No Internet since yesterday night , LOS light is blinking red and Internet globe icon is red( Almere poort)

Hi Team ,Since last night ( 14th Nov ) there is no internet in my house . I called the customer care number a couple of times , but no resolution yet ( althought the team was sweet )

I cannot use the unlimited internet voucher , because I do not use odido sim :(

Please assist.
