No internet, red LOS flashing


Hi, there has been no internet connection in my house since Wednesday. The PON light is off and the LOS light keeps blinking on the huawei xgs-pon.

I called customer service but the guy just kept me on hold for 40 minutes before transferring me to someone who is in an unrelated department and couldn’t offer any help.

Could someone look into it and fix my internet?Thank you.

I can see right away that you don't receive a signal. What I did right away, is make sure that you can make an appointment with Guidion. I can't fix this from here, but the technician will fix this on location. Please make an appointment with them. 

What you can do, just to check, is gently press the patch cable on the ONT, to make sure it is properly connected. This could be the fix. If it doesn't work, please make the appointment!

@Tommie van Odido Hi, I got a call this morning from odido saying that there is a technician around my neighborhood and he can come and take a look for me at 4pm, unfortunately the technician did not show up. I hope this means the appointment we originally agreed on, 7th of April, still stands.

Hi guys today the technician came by and solved the internet issue, now everything is working again. Thank you for your support. 
Since there was no internet from 26th of March to 7th of April, I assume I will get a compensation for this period?
