Hi all,
There was a network outage in my area and as per the website it is fixed( i even got emails stating the issue is fixed). But I restarted my modem , unplugged the cable for 10 secs still the issue exists and there is no internet. My modem is zyxel 50.
Is there anyother things which need to be done?

If you have fiber than also restart the mediaconverter by removing the power for about 20 seconds.
