My fiber optics has not worked for 5 days. I have made a complaint (referentienummer 75932902) but still have not received any response. When will I have internet?

Hi ​@14r33k, at this point we are waiting on the gridoperator to fix this issue. We will keep a close eye on it. Indeed, when you are back online we will credit this whole period in which you were offline. Is it correct that you don't have a mobile subscription with us or Ben? If you do, I can arrange free Unlimited Data to better help you through this period. Let me know!

Guidion will contact you for the making of a new appointment, to fix the issue. Please keep us updated in this topic if you want. I will then credit the cost of this period!

I have not had internet for 13 days, but I received an invoice to pay? why? when will my internet be working?

The invoices do come as normal and also need to be paid. When en error has occured AND solved, you will get a credit invoice for the period the service was done. Next month that credit will be paid out on the next invoice, so you pay less.
