Because the Wifi specialists are from an external party, you'll receive an email and SMS with a digital agenda with which you'll easily be able to make an appointment. Please be aware that their workload is quite high at the moment, and that it could take more than a couple of workdays before they could come by as we prioritize full outages over slower speeds.
