Where can I monitor the status of the incident? Since 5pm, no internet and Tv in Hilversum 1221 EB. Last update provided from Odido at 3:30pm CET In a separate conversation. 

Note:

I gonna open a complaint if the service level agreement is breached. I use for business purpose Odido glasvezel.

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately it’s not updated since 3:35pm CET. which is really odd in my opinion because this is a high priority incident and status/progress must be reported on a regular basis (every 2 hours).

I’m totally agree with this. But I think it is difficult to give an update every 2 hours at the moment the incident is coordinated by the network maintainer.
