My internet at home has not worked since this morning. It is in the Ámsterdam, 1082 postcode area. I already unplugged modem and media converter a number of times. Can you help? Thanks in advance

Could you make a photo of the 6 lights on the mediaconverter?

Also you can check your T-Mobile account under actuele storingen for any problems.
