Hi @Nizar78, I just checked the line and the connection seems to indeed be unstable. Have you connected the modem to the ISRA point (usually located in the utility closet) with the cable labeled ‘DSL’ provided in the installation kit? Be sure to check this just in case. In the meantime I have made a ticket for a mechanic to come check out the connection and make sure everything is working properly. You will receive a message with which to make an appointment directly!
