Thanks so much for being this patient, I completely understand that it’s getting on your nerves somewhat. So sorry it’s taken this long before the network-operator (KPN Netwerk NL) could give you a plan date. Fortunately, your appointment is set for tomorrow (November 21st). Is that correct?
