Today,Guidion upgraded my internet speed from 1 Gbit/s to 2 Gbit/s.While all connections seem normal and WiFi speed can reach up to 800 Mbps.In the evening, when I connected my computer’s 2.5G NIC directly to the router using a CAT 7 cable, the upload speed reach 2 Gbps, but the download speed was only around 1.3 Gbps.I’ve tried all possible solutions, but the result remains the same.
Thanks for he help in advance.

Hello @tsliao
You could try the following things:
Restart the ONT and mediaconverter.
Test another cable between router and computer.
Start your computer in safe mode so all software that can affect the download speed gets minimised and then perform a speedtest.
Replacing the cable between ONT and router can also be tried.

Hi @Waqqas
Thank you for the suggestion.
Initially,I tried all the methods you suggested, but there was no improvement.
So I reset the router,ONT again and found that a new firmware had been installed.
After reseting, the speed can now reach 2Gbps.
I’m glad I can always find good advice and solutions on this forum.
