When you took a new mobile subscription in the Odido app you got the question "sim or esim'.. but if you applied for a new subscription outside the app, AMP will come to check your ID and take a 1 cent payment to validatie the bankaccount. Once this is done, you can change to a esim when the mobile subscription is part of your my-odido.

A new (e) sim can be ordered when you login to the Odido app with 2FA or when you visit an Odido store and have an official ID.
Thanks! I have already a customer of Klick and Klerk, and home internet. Also I used to use Odido, which has 2FA. I switched back from KPN to Odido, and I’ve got this appointment by AMP Groep. That is quite wired… someone will visit me to provide eSim? lol
