Cannot activate esim

I currently do not have wifi in my apartment, and decided to switch from my previous data provider to Odido since there is an unlimited data plan.

However, I cannot seem to activate my esim. I decided to keep my original phone number, and I received the QR code to activate my eSIM via the mail and downloaded it, but no nothing loads for the cellular data. It has been a few days since I downloaded the esim and started my data plan, so I will like to sort this out as soon as possible, especially as I am currently using a travel esim in my house and it is getting quite pricey.

I would appreciate it if someone could help me out with this issue, thank you!
