I’m a tourist that visted Amsterdam this month and bought a 10,000mh powerbank from one of the Odido stores.
During the day it charged the phone but not good enough - it always disconnected and connected by itself
I’ve visited the store, the worker saw that everything fine but it keeps doing that for me while I’m moving even with different USB cables
I need your help, I won’t visit the NL or europe soon…

If you can not go to the store to have it checked out, sending it by post could be an option but if you are not in the EU, that will be a lot of costs and custom forms. Behello (and also Odido) is a Dutch company, so you can not go to their stores in other countries.
It is the difficulty of buying something abroad,, repairs will be difficult. I feel you just have to use it for what is does.

No, I had to buy it because I was in a rush and didn't have any other options - that was the day we flight back home. The charging port is good, I always charging with Apple’s charger
