My internet contract ended up October 5. Odido disconnected me on September 21st - some mistake between Odido and KPN. 2 weeks I was without internet.
Odido still charged me for these 2 weeks.
Called the customer service and I was told “I don't give a shit if you pay ”.

Thx, 1217TC, not willing to give more personal details online, Odido can check who was calling from this address today, I understand calls are being recorded. I am not going to spend more time for this, I am happy that I am gone after what I heard today.
It was a brilliant service when I joined in 2015 but somehow, it lost it’s magic.
