I mailed my router and TV box back using a DHL service point. But when I checked the tracking today it says the package was returned to the DHL service point with no explanation of why.
I am leaving The Netherlands permanently as 9f tomorrow and cannot pick the item up from the service point to try again
I attached proof of shipment . Can someone please help me!!!

I went to look for you but I don't see any errors? It says returned to sender. That means it will be sent to us. If all goes well, the package will be delivered to us on 10 August and everything will go as planned! Check the shipment again on 10 August, it should have been delivered if all goes well.
