ordered new fibre


Hi all,

I ordered fibre at my apartment ( upgrading from dsl to fibre ) and got the equipment.

I have made an appointment with gidiron( a week later).

I got an email from odido stating my fibre connection is active.So i connected the equipment myself.

The connection light is blinking green on the ONT device but internet light is red on the T56.

I am going to wait for my appointment but posting to understand what did I do wrong!

You need to wait for Guidion to come. They will activate the ONT and mark your order as finished so that the administration is correct.

If it doesn;t work, it is for sure a good idea to make an appointment with Guidion!

Yes I have made an appointment, was hoping that i have installed it correctly.

Guidion needs to activate the ONT remotely, the installation is ok.

Ok , the appointment is a week later.

As I have connected earlier How can I ask guidion to activate it early ?
