Hi,

I have cancelled my account in April 2026 and moved abroad. My old address keeps receiving a bill. All the invoices normally would come to my email too. I had a friend call ODIDO with me on the phone to ask, what the problem is. I was told I have an opened invoice from May.
I received the last invoice in July 2026. I told the person I didn’t get any invoice and that I  can’t access it via app because my account has been cancelled. The person which was very rude, told me that would reach out to the department to forward me an invoice for this invoice. It’s been a month.

I don’t know what could be in this invoice since I have cancelled it, but apparently it already has late fees added it too. Odido has always communicated invoices via email why changed to mail only when I literally told you all that I was moving abroad? And what’s this bill about?

Can you please, take a look? How difficult to exit ODIDO!!

Hi @Livia Sa, of course you don't expect any more invoices after you have cancelled your contract and moved abroad. I would love to give you more clarity on this!

I see that with our last contact on the community, we have refunded you for the amount that you have paid too much for our subscription. When you receive a refund, this will be processed on an invoice and this has happened on the invoice of 15 July. This means that you do not owe us any money, but that we have refunded you for a previously open amount. Your subscription is also completely stopped now. Instead there is an amount of € 7,80 that was refunded too much and which we can refund onto your bank account. Does your Dutch ING bank account still happen to be open? If this is the case, I can make sure that the money will be deposited into this bank account for you!

Hi Nora,

Thank you for replying and for your patience on this matter.
Yes, my ING account still active.
Can you also edit/set in your system to stop sending invoices to my old address? As you can imagine it’s an inconvenience to the new neighbors. And if there is any communication that still pending, please to be sent via email.
Thank you

Amazing @Livia Sa! I have made sure to start the manual refund process for you. The money will be deposited on your bank account within 2 weeks. From now on there will also be no more invoices.

Will you please let me know as soon as you have received the money?
