Moving report does not work

Hello, I am trying to report moving, but it says there is a pending order.

 

I am posting again because no moderator responded on my earlier post.

Hi @Coolzzuli , It's great that you want to find out right away, that can only be commended! However, it is not according to the house rules to respond to multiple topics or open them with the same question. It's not that I don't want to help you, but we really work according to the Community's house rules. Otherwise the inboxes are so full that it is difficult to handle.
