Modem and points returned on June 14th at Jeans Center, Meent 77 in Veldhoven (DHL Point). Still getting mails that it is not received and I will get a fine?

I did not get a receipt of any sort as they scanned off a barcode. The bar code that I used is now no longer available and says ‘We hebben geen actieve retourlabel gevonden. Misschien is de code al gebruikt of moet deze nog worden aangemaakt’. So I cannot even trace it through DHL myself. 

I did call customer service earlier and mistakenly told them I had returned on June 21st but it was actually June 14th so it should definitely have arrived and been sorted by now? 

What can I do next? Can I get a copy of the bar code?

Good that you are reaching out for this. I immediately took a look, however, the return order has already been closed due to the fact that the modem did log off properly and now I cannot log off the wifi points manually. The only thing to do now is to wait for the fine. I will keep an eye on the fine and hopefully I will be able to make sure it is not written off. Worst case scenario is that the fine gets debited from your account, then I can reimburse it for you afterwards. Hopefully, I will manage to get ahead of this!
