Issue with returning router from Poland

Hello,

I am reaching out regarding the process of returning my used router. I am currently back in my home country of Poland, and I had brought the router with me from the Netherlands. I have received the instructions from Odido on how to return the router, but I’ve encountered an issue.

The process requires a QR code to be used for the return, which works in the Netherlands. However, I cannot send the package back via DHL from Poland with just the QR code. Here in Poland, DHL requires an additional label to be printed and affixed to the package, which is not available with the QR code provided.

Could Odido Support please advise on how to proceed in this case? Is there an alternative way to return the router from Poland, or can you provide me with the required label for shipping?

Thank you for your assistance!

Best regards,
Maksymilian Kolodziej

Hello @MaksymilianKolodziej

You can also pack the router, add a note with your customer details, write the address on the parcel and bring it to a courier near you. I am not sure if Odido will compensate the costs for returning the parcel from Poland.
