Hi, I’m in amstelveen netherlands and have t mobile wifi only contract. The contract ends next month 30th. I would like to cancel or terminate my contract from Nov 30. Can you please tell me the procedure to do this and how to return the router

You can call 0800-0092, but the menus might be challenging as they are Dutch only. You also can send a request to klantenservice@t-mobilethuis.nl, but this normally takes a couple of weeks to process. Sometimes the moderators on this community can support you as well.
Within this procedure you receive instructions to return your router automatically.
