I recently completed contract overname process with the old owner. And it's been completed succesfully. Then, i cannot connect to the internet anymore. Furthermore, i cannot see any information about my subscription, how much data, minutes or sms i have. I already saw there has been some software issues going on with these things about contract overname, klant voordeel and everything but, i dont have any data now and i cant connect to the internet, that is very frustrating. Could you help me about this please?
