Help me cancel my subscription please!

Hello ​@Anna Gorbushina I am happy to help you with this! Is there a specific reason you want to cancel your subscription? Is it about your mobile subscription or your Internet + TV subscription? Are you still under contract? For your mobile subscription, the redemption sum is: 50% of the monthly costs for the remaining months and the phone credit you currently have open (if you have one). 

The subscription can be stopped at the earliest after one month's notice. I would be happy to check your subscription to see exactly how much it costs and when I can stop it. Can the subscription be stopped completely or do you want to keep the number active as a PrePaid connection? 

Can you provide your full name, phone number, zip code + house number, date of birth and the last 4 digits of the bank account number known to us in your profile? Then I can check with you right after that!
