Ending contract early- costs

Hello,

We have 3 mobile numbers and 1 home internet subscription under our household. We will be moving this to a new provider via the overstappen service. If we were to terminate all contracts at the same time, within the week, what would our costs be? One contract has a phone financing plan as well.

Early termination with payment plans for phones is not possible. You can in my-odido pay all the outstanding loanes at once. After thatban early termination costs 1 month 100% and the other remaining months in a contract 50%.

So I just need to settle the phone financing bill (pay off the phone loan), then I can trigger the overstap service which will result in a 1 month bill from Odido, followed by  50% bill each month for all contracts until they finish?

Hi Refthanded, what ​@eric says is correct. If you pay the remainder of the phone, you will be one step closer to cancelling your subscriptions early. You always have 1 month notice period. That's the 100% costs for that 1 month. Then, for all 3 subscriptions separately you will pay 50% of the total costs that you would have if you would have kept the subscriptions running until the end of the contract. You can calculate this by checking the end date for each subscription. The monthly costs x the months until the end date. 

For your home subscription, I need to ask ​@Tommie van Odido just to be sure! 😄
