I’d like to contact Odido regarding a personal matter, but I cannot find a proper email address anywhere.
I am currently abroad and I am not going to call customer service again. Every time I do, I end up on the phone for at least an hour, and it has already cost me a significant amount in international call charges. This is not a practical or reasonable option for me.
I need to send some personal information related to my account, and I want to do this properly and securely. A phone call is not acceptable in this situation.
Please advise me on how I can send this information via email or another written and secure channel.
