If you want to cancel, you need to buy off the subscription. You then pay 50% of the monthly costs for the remaining months and the device credit you still have open (if you have it).
Now I see that you have a Sim Only subscription. If I cancel the subscription for you today, it will be stopped on 29/11/24 at the earliest due to one month's notice. I calculated the redemption fee for you right away and it will be € 71,15.
If you can agree, all I have to do after that is an additional verification. I will then send a code by SMS to the number. If you can share the correct code with me, I can process the cancellation for you.
