I have tried calling the 0800 number and also the calling from abroad number but they do not connect.

Hi Lorindasc, welcome to our Community! Sorry to see you go, but I can imagine it's nice for you to move back home. The easiest and fastest way to cancel your subscription is through the online form in My Odido. 

Please keep in mind that your contract officially runs until the 26th of September. So you will have to buy off your contract. You can choose a disconnect date in the form and it will also tell you what the total costs will be. If you are trying to call our customer service from abroad, it should work if you dial +31 0800-0092.
