Add mobile to subscription

Hello, I have sim only and I can't renew my contract yet. I would like to renew plus take phone with my subsription and I would like to know if I need just choose new subscription with phone to my number and it will be change  automatically or what I can do. Thank you

Hi Cornhorst, welcome to our Community and thank you for filling in your profile! I've looked into the options for a Jump Renewal to get a new subscription with a phone, while having a sim only subscription. I wish I could give you better news, but this is not possible in your current situation/subscription. There are a few terms to make use of the Jump Renewal. I've looked at the order for your current sim only subscription, and I see that you've used a European ID. To get a phone with us with a device credit (toestelkrediet) you need a Dutch ID. But no worries, there are other options to get a phone with us. You can choose a new subscription with number porting (keep your current phone number) if you wish, and choose to pay the total phone credit at once. To do this, you will need to end your current sim only early, and because your contract runs until 31-08-2024, there will be a cancellation fee (50% of the total remaining costs of your subscription).
