My Zyxel T-56 modem/router from Odido is not working.
The power light keeps blinking and Wi-Fi does not appear, even after waiting for a long time.
I have tried restarting the modem and doing a factory reset, but the issue remains.
The modem does not start normally and there is no internet connection.
Could you please help check this problem or arrange a replacement?

Thank you for bringing this up. This is indeed a known issue that is currently being investigated. It appears to be caused by the transition from ACS. I would like to add you to this investigation. I see that you have filled in all the details, but the last four digits of your IBAN do not match your subscription. Would you mind changing them? Then I can add you to this investigation and they will do everything they can to resolve this as quickly as possible.

Looks like the router is stuck. Fill in all the privé fields in your community profile so a moderator can send you a replacement.
