WIFI not working Maastricht

Hi,

I live in De heeg area in Maastricht. My wifi not working from yesterday night (maybe from afternoon).  I already restart the fiber optic box(Genexis ONT) and modem (Zyxel-t54) for many times but it’s still working. My Genexis ONT fiber optic box‘s working normally----green /power green connection /alarm off. But there is problem with my modem (Zyxel-t54)  light. ( Power light : stays green/WAN light : stays green/Wifi 2.4G and Wifi 5G lights : At least 1 of the 2 lights is on or flashing But Internet light is always red after I tried). Please help check. Thanks.

Is the connection light not blinking on the ONT? Have you tried performing a factory reset of the router by pressing the reset button on the back of the router for about 10 seconds using a small object?

Hi, I I re-plugged the cable in the fiber optic box. It works! It may indeed be due to a loose network cable port. Don't need any more help.Thanks

Is the connection light not blinking on the ONT? Have you tried performing a factory reset of the router by pressing the reset button on the back of the router for about 10 seconds using a small object?

Hi,

The connection light is not blinking on the ONT. I think ONT device works normally.  I will try resetting the router. After resetting the router, what steps should I follow to get the internet working again? Thanks.

Hi，

I reset the ZYXEL. But it is still not working. Internal light is still red. I log in 192.168.1.1. It shows my Ethernet WAN connection down. Can you please check? Thanks.
