WiFi is not working at my home from the last 1 hour. 

LOS is blinking RED, PON is no light at all. Anyone have idea on how to fix it?

You could restart the ONT and the router. If it remains faulty try again tomorrow. 


Hi Eric, Tried that today. Still it’s not working


Third day without internet/WiFi. No response from T-mobile team. Is it normal ? How does T-mobile compensate the customer for the NO WIFI/Internet connectivity days?

I immediately checked for you and saw that you have already contacted our customer service team. I also see that a mechanic has been sent and you have scheduled an appointment. Can you keep me updated on this? Hopefully the fix will be quickly achievable and you will be up and running again soon.
