Wifi in Eindhoven 5642AN not working. Getting the red globe

Hey @Rishith, good of you to raise the alarm for this. We obviously want you to be online as soon as possible. I therefore immediately went to check but then I noticed that you have already contacted our customer service team. They have created a ticket for you and our technicians will work very hard for you to get you online as soon as possible!
